"Abu Musa fell unconscious and they wept for him. He said: 'I say to you the words of disavowal that the messenger of Allah said: He is not one of us who shaves his head (as a sign of mourning), rends his garments, or raises his voice in Lamentation."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1861)
أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ كَمَا بَرِئَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَقَ وَلَا خَرَقَ وَلَا سَلَقَ»
Don't you know? -and narrated to her: Verily the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I have no concern with one who shaved her hair, lamented loudly and tore (her clothes in grief).
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ وَسَلَقَ وَخَرَقَ

أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ كَمَا بَرِئَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَقَ وَلاَ خَرَقَ وَلاَ سَلَقَ
[AI] Abu Musa fainted, so they cried over him. He said, "I am innocent of whoever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is innocent of." They asked his wife about that, and she said, "Anyone who shaves, pierces, or slits."
أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِمَّنْ بَرِئَ مِنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلُوا عَنْ ذَلِكَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَتْ مَنْ حَلَقَ أَوْ خَرَقَ أَوْ سَلَقَ
[AI] Abu Musa fainted, so they cried for him. He woke up and said, "I disapprove of those who are disapproved by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, such as those who shave, pierce, or scalp."
أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَأَفَاقَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ مِمَّنْ بَرِئَ مِنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ أَوْ خَرَقَ أَوْ سَلَقَ
[AI] Abi Moosa fainted, so they cried for him. He woke up and said, "Verily, I seek refuge with you from what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has been exempted from, which is shaving, cutting, and tearing."
أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَأَفَاقَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ مِمَّا بَرِئَ مِنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ وسَلَقَ وخَرَقَ
قَالَ أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ مِمَّا كَانَ بَرِئَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَقَ وَلَا خَرَقَ وَلَا سَلَقَ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He is not one of us who shaves his head, plucks his eyebrows, or makes incisions in his skin."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَقَ وَسَلَقَ وَخَرَقَ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, I am free from the one who shaves, plucks, and pierces."
