39.36 [Machine] What is the blood money of the disbeliever?

٣٩۔٣٦ كَمْ دِيَةُ الْكَافِرِ؟

nasai-kubra:6981 – ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Muḥammad b. Rāshid > Sulaymān b. Mūsá And Dhakar Kalimah Maʿnāhā > ʿAmr b. Shuʿayb from his father from his grandfather

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money for Ahl Adh-Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4806)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٩٨١ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى وَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «عَقْلُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى»

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٩٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «عَقْلُ الْكَافِرِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ»
