The amazing patience and forbearance of the Prophet ﷺ

muslim:2309d – Abū Bakr b. Abū Shaybah And Ibn Numayr > Muḥammad b. Bishr > Zakariyyāʾ > Saʿīd / Ibn Abū Burdah > Anas

I served the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for nine years, and I do not know (of any instance) when he said to me: Why you have done this and that, and he never found fault with me in anything.  

مسلم:٢٣٠٩d – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

خَدَمْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ فَمَا أَعْلَمُهُ قَالَ لِي قَطُّ لِمَ فَعَلْتَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَلاَ عَابَ عَلَىَّ شَيْئًا قَطُّ
