This tradition has been handed down on the authority of Salman al-Khair through another chain of transmitters.  

مسلم:١٩١٣b – حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ السَّمِطِ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْخَيْرِ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى

Jabir reported this hadith through another chain of transmitters.  

مسلم:٢٤١٥b – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ جَمِيعًا عَنْ وَكِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ  

muslim:80b – Yaḥyá b. Ayyūb And Qutaybah And Ibn Ḥujr > Ismāʿīl Wahū Ibn Jaʿfar > ʿAmr b. Abū ʿAmr > al-Maqburī > Abū Hurayrah

A hadith like this as narrated by Ibn 'Umar has also been transmitted by Abu Huraira.  

مسلم:٨٠b – وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَقُتَيْبَةُ وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

abudawud:3944 – Makhlad b. Khālid > Yazīd b. Hārūn > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet ﷺ to the same effect as mentioned by Ibrahim b. Musa through a different chain.
