A Muslim should not purchase (in opposition) to his brother.  

مسلم:١٥١٥a – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَسُمِ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَسُمِ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ  

malik:27-18 – Yaḥyá > Mālik > Ibn Shihāb > ʿAlī b. Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī > ʿUmar b. ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān > Usāmah b. Zayd

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ali ibn Husayn ibn Ali from Umar ibn Uthman ibn Affan from Usama ibn Zayd that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A muslim does not inherit from a kafir."  

مالك:٢٧-١٨ – حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ
