1.30 Clarifying the words of the prophet ﷺ : "Insulting A Muslim is an evil action and fighting him is disbelief (Kufr)"

١۔٣٠ باب بَيَانِ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ "

(43) bukhari:6044 – Sulaymān b. Ḥarb > Shuʿbah > Manṣūr > Abū Wāʾil > ʿAbdullāh

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (i.e., an evil-doing), and killing him is Kufr (disbelief).  

(٤٣) البخاري:٦٠٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ  

تَابَعَهُ غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ
