“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘You should use Indian aloeswood for it contains seven cures, including (a cure for) pleurisy.’”  

ابن ماجة:٣٤٦٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ الْمِصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنْبَأَنَا يُونُسُ وَابْنُ سَمْعَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتِ مِحْصَنٍ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْعُودِ الْهِنْدِيِّ يَعْنِي بِهِ الْكُسْتَ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ سَبْعَةَ أَشْفِيَةٍ مِنْهَا ذَاتُ الْجَنْبِ قَالَ ابْنُ سَمْعَانَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ شِفَاءً مِنْ سَبْعَةِ أَدْوَاءٍ مِنْهَا ذَاتُ الْجَنْبِ

[Machine] She pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that she had heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Use this Indian wood, meaning the qust, for it contains seven healing properties, one of which is for pleurisy."  

الطبراني:٢٢٠٠٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْبَرَاءُ ثنا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَنْبَسَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ قَيْسٍ بِنْتِ مِحْصَنٍ الْأَسَدِيَّةِ أُخْتِ عُكَّاشَةَ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ وَكَانَتْ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ الْأُوَلِ اللَّاتِي

بَايَعْنَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذَا الْعُودِ الْهِنْدِيِّ يَعْنِي الْقُسْطَ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ سَبْعَةَ أَشْفِيَةٍ مِنْهَا ذَاتُ الْجَنْبِ»
