“I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ slaughter his sacrifice with his own hand, placing his foot on its side.”  

ابن ماجة:٣١٥٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَذْبَحُ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ بِيَدِهِ وَاضِعًا قَدَمَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهَا

[Machine] I saw the Prophet (PBUH) slaughtering his sacrificial animal with his own hand.  

أحمد:١٢١٨٣ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَذْبَحُ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ بِيَدِهِ  

ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ ذَبْحِ الْمَرْءِ نَسِيكَتَهُ بِيَدِهِ

ibnhibban:5900 – Abū Yaʿlá > Yaḥyá b. Ayyūb al-Maqābirī > Hushaym > Shuʿbah > Qatādah > Anas b. Mālik

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to sacrifice two horned, black-and-white rams and he would say the Name of Allah and pronounce His greatness. I saw him slaughtering them with his own hand, putting his foot on their sides.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3120)  

ابن حبّان:٥٩٠٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمَقَابِرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

«ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ يُسَمِّي وَيُكَبِّرُ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ يَذْبَحُ بِيَدِهِ وَاضِعًا قَدَمَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا»
