أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ بَعْضِهِمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ

البيهقي:٢٠٦٣٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ يَهُودِيٍّ وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٍّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ وَلَا يُجِيزُهَا فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ إِلَّا فِي السَّفَرِ وَرَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ وَثَّابٍ
