He was asked about Qunut in the Subh prayer, and he said: “We used to recite Qunut before Ruku’ and afterwards.”  

ابن ماجة:١١٨٣حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْقُنُوتِ فِي صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ فَقَالَ

كُنَّا نَقْنُتُ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ وَبَعْدَهُ

It was narrated from Ubayy bin Ka’b that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray Witr and he would recite Qunut before Ruku’.
