ذِكْرُ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهَا فَضَّلَ ﷺ هَؤُلَاءِ عَلَى بَنِي تَمِيمٍ

[Machine] "From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, 'Ghifar, Aslam, Muzaynah, and whoever is from Juhaynah are better than the two allies, Ghatafan and Asad, and Hawazin and Tameem are below them, as they are the people of horses and nobility.'"  

ابن حبّان:٧٢٩١ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «غِفَارُ وَأَسْلَمُ وَمُزَيْنَةُ وَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْحَلِيفَيْنِ غَطَفَانَ وَأَسَدٍ وَهَوَازِنُ وَتَمِيمٌ دُونَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ أَهْلُ الْخَيْلِ وَالْوَبَرِ»

"والذي نفس محمَّد بيده لَغِفَارُ، وأسلمُ، ومُزَينةُ، وجهينةُ ومن كان من مزينةَ خيرٌ عندَ الله يومَ القيامةِ من أَسَدٍ وطئٍ وغَطَفَانَ".
