ذِكْرُ أَمْرِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ بِالْكَوْنِ مَعَهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ تِلْكَ الْأَيَّامَ قَصْدًا لِعِيَادَتِهِ

ibnhibban:7027 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. al-Mutawakkil al-Qāriʾ > Yaḥyá b. Abū Zāʾidah > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ struck Sa'd ibn Mu'adh's tent in the mosque to indicate his return soon."  

ابن حبّان:٧٠٢٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ الْقَارِئُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ضَرَبَ عَلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ خَيْمَةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ لِيَعُودَهُ مِنْ قَرِيبٍ»
