ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْكِمْ صِنَاعَةَ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّهُ مُضَادٌّ لِخَبَرِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ الَّذِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ

[Machine] "From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, 'It rained upon Job a bed made of gold, so he started to take it. Then Allah inspired to him, 'Did I not give you enough?' He said, 'Yes, my Lord, but I am not independent of your grace.'"

ابن حبّان:٦٢٣٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أُمْطِرَ عَلَى أَيُّوبَ فَرَاشٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَجَعَلَ يَأْخُذُهُ فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ أَلَمْ أُوَسِّعْ عَلَيْكَ؟ فَقَالَ بَلَى يَا رَبِّ وَلَكِنْ لَا غِنَى لِي عَنْ فَضْلِكَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that it rained or fell upon Ayyub a bed of gold, so he started to pick it up. So Allah revealed to him, "O Ayyub, did I not suffice you?" He said, "Yes, but your favor cannot be compared to anything."
