ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَخْلُوَ بِاللَّيْلِ مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مِنْهَا فِي بَيْتٍ

ibnhibban:5590 – Aḥmad b. ʿAlī b. al-Muthanná > ʿAmr b. Muḥammad al-Nāqid > Hushaym > Abū al-Zubayr > Jābir

Behold, no person should spend the night with a married woman, but only in case he is married to her or he is her Mahram. (Using translation from Muslim 2171)   

ابن حبّان:٥٥٩٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّاقِدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَبِيتَنَّ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي بَيْتٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَاكِحًا أَوْ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ»
