ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:4949 – Aḥmad b. ʿAbdullāh Biḥarrān > al-Nufaylī > Zuhayr b. Muʿāwiyah > Sufyān al-Thawrī > ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār > Ibn ʿUmar

The Prophet ﷺ forbade the selling of the Wala' (of slaves) or giving it as a present. (Using translation from Bukhārī 6756)  

ابن حبّان:٤٩٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بِحَرَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ» قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ وَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ
