ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يَتَمَنَّى الْأُمَرَاءُ أَنَّهُمْ مَا وَلَّوْا مِمَّا وُلُّوا شَيْئًا
[Machine] On the authority of Abu Hazim, the freed slave of Abu Ruhum al-Ghifari, on the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Woe to the rulers, for surely people would wish that they were dangling on their tails like monkeys, rather than being rulers."
عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي رُهْمٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «وَيْلٌ لِلْأُمَرَاءِ لَيَتَمَنَّيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مُعَلَّقِينَ بِذَوَائِبِهِمْ بِالثُّرَيَّا وَأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا وُلُّوا شَيْئًا قَطُّ»
