ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ غَيْرَ الْمُتَبَحِّرِ فِي صِنَاعَةِ الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ الصَّائِمَ فِي السَّفَرِ يَكُونُ عَاصِيًا

ibnhibban:3551 – Muḥammad b. Isḥāq b. Khuzaymah > Muḥammad b. Bashhār > ʿAbd al-Wahhāb > Jaʿfar b. Muḥammad from his father > Jābir

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out during the year of the conquest. He fasted until he reached the outskirts of Ghameem, and the people also fasted. Then he called for a cup of water and raised it until people looked at him, then he drank from it. After that, he was told that some people had also fasted, and he said, 'Those are the disobedient ones.'"  

ابن حبّان:٣٥٥١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَرَجَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَأَنَّهُ صَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ كُرَاعَ الْغَمِيمِ وَصَامَ النَّاسُ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَرَفَعَهُ حَتَّى نَظَرَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ قَدْ صَامَ قَالَ «أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَرَجَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَصَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ كُرَاعَ الْغَمِيمِ فَصَامَ النَّاسُ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَرَفَعَهُ حَتَّى نَظَرَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ قَدْ صَامَ فَقَالَ أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ
