ذِكْرُ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهَا أُمِرَ بِهَذَا الْأَمْرِ

Exhort to recite" There is no god but Allah" to those of you who are dying. (Using translation from Muslim 916a)  

ابن حبّان:٣٠٠٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنِ الْأَغَرِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَقِّنُوا مَوْتَاكُمْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ كَانَ آخِرُ كَلِمَتِهِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ يَوْمًا مِنَ الدَّهْرِ وَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ مَا أَصَابَهُ»
