ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِمَنْ أَدْرَكَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَهَا فِي عَقِبِ صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ

ibnhibban:2471 – al-Ḥasan b. Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm al-Khawlānī al-Miṣrī Biṭarasūs And Muḥammad b. al-Mundhir And Muḥammad b. Isḥāq b. Khuzaymah > al-Rabīʿ b. Sulaymān > Asad b. Mūsá > al-Layth b. Saʿd > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd from his father from his grandfather Qays b. Qahd

[Machine] "He prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the morning prayer, but did not perform the two units of the Fajr prayer. After the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concluded his prayer, he also said the final salutations and then stood up to perform the two units of the Fajr prayer. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at him but did not reprimand him for doing so."  

ابن حبّان:٢٤٧١ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ بِطَرَسُوسَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالُوا أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَيْسِ بْنِ قَهْدٍ

«أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الصُّبْحَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ سَلَّمَ مَعَهُ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَرَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ»

[Machine] "He (the person being referred to) prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the morning prayer and did not perform the two units of the dawn prayer. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, he (the person being referred to) stood up and performed the two units of the dawn prayer. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at him and did not criticize him for that."  

ابن حبّان:١٥٦٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ وَوَصِيفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ بِأَنْطَاكِيَةَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَيْسِ بْنِ قَهْدٍ
