ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْكِمْ صِنَاعَةَ الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّهُ يُضَادُّ خَبَرَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ الَّذِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:1576 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Salm > Ḥarmalah b. Yaḥyá > Ibn Wahb > ʿAmr b. al-Ḥārith > Bukayr b. al-Ashaj > Kurayb a freed slave of Ibn ʿAbbās > Ibn ʿAbbās And ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. al-Azhar Wa-al-Miswar b. Makhramah Arsalūh > ʿĀʾishah > Ūā Āqraʾ ʿAlayhā al-Salām Minnā Jamīʿ Wasalhā > al-Rakʿatayn Baʿd al-ʿAṣr Faʾinnā Ukhbirnā Annak Tuṣallīhā Waqad Balaghanā

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ forbade this. Ibn Abbas said, "I used to accompany Umar ibn al-Khattab in hitting people who were engaged in it." Kuraib said, "I entered upon her (Aisha) and conveyed what they had sent me to convey."

ابن حبّان:١٥٧٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْأَزْهَرِ وَالْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ أَرْسَلُوهُ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالُوا اقْرَأْ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامَ مِنَّا جَمِيعًا وَسَلْهَا عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَإِنَّا أُخْبِرْنَا أَنَّكِ تُصَلِّيهَا وَقَدْ بَلَغَنَا

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْهَا قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَكُنْتُ أَضْرِبُ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ كُرَيْبٌ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهَا وَبَلَّغْتُهَا مَا أَرْسَلُونِي بِهِ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ
