ذِكْرُ الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي نُسِخَ فِيهِ هَذَا الْفِعْلُ

[Machine] "They followed the Prophet's command in the last matter. Aisha narrated, 'The Prophet used to do that without performing ablution, and that was before the conquest of Mecca. Then he would perform ablution and order the people to do so.'"  

ابن حبّان:١١٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْجَوْزَجَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ* عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عُرْوَةَ عَنِ الَّذِي يُجَامِعُ وَلَا يُنْزِلُ قَالَ عَلَى النَّاسِ

أَنْ يَأْخُذُوا بِالْآخِرِ وَالْآخِرُ مِنْ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ؛ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ وَلَا يَغْتَسِلُ وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ثُمَّ اغْتَسَلَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ بِالْغُسْلِ»
