ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ هَذَا مَا رَوَاهُ ثِقَةٌ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، خَلَا مُلَازِمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

[Machine] "He asked the Prophet ﷺ about a man who touches his private part during prayer. He (the Prophet) said, 'There is no harm in it, as it is just a part of your body.'"  

ابن حبّان:١١٢١أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَمَسُّ ذَكَرَهُ وَهُوَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ «لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِنَّهُ لَبَعْضُ جَسَدِكَ»
