[Machine] From Abu Hurayrah, raised, the Prophet ﷺ said: "Anything that is prohibited from war spoils, even if it is a dog's saddle, is considered haram. And I swear by the One in whose hand is my soul, their women will be sold in Damascus until a woman comes back after being broken in her leg."  

الحاكم:٨٣٢٩حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مَرْفُوعًا «الْمَحْرُومُ مِنْ حُرِمَ غَنِيمَةَ كَلْبٍ وَلَوْ عِقَالًا وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتُبَاعُنَّ نِسَاءَهُمْ عَلَى دَرَجِ دِمَشْقَ حَتَّى تُرَدَّ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ كَسَرٍ يُوجَدُ بِسَاقَهَا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ صحيح
