[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A slave who steals does not have to return what he stole, and there is no punishment for a non-Muslim."

الحاكم:٨١٥٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ فَهْدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بِمِصْرَ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ الضَّبِّيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْعَبْدِ الْآبِقِ إِذَا سَرَقَ قَطْعٌ وَلَا عَلَى الذِّمِّيِّ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَقَدْ تَفَرَّدَ بِسَنَدِهِ مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ وَهُوَ أَحَدُ الثِّقَاتِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
