[Machine] "A man insulted Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, so I said, 'O successor of the Messenger of Allah, shall I kill him?' He said, 'This is only for those who insult the Prophet ﷺ.'" Adh-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the summary.  

الحاكم:٨٠٤٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ النَّصْرَ آبَادِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحِنَّائِيُّ ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ تَوْبَةَ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا السَّوَّارِ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ عَنَزَةَ الْقَاضِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ قَالَ

أَغْلَظَ رَجُلٌ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ فَقُلْتُ يَا خَلِيفَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أَلَا أَقْتُلُهُ؟ فَقَالَ «لَيْسَ هَذَا إِلَّا لِمَنْ شَتَمَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
