[Machine] Abu al-Muwajjah narrated that Abdan narrated from Abdullah who said: "Usama ibn Zaid informed me that the servant of Umm Salamah narrated from Umm Salamah who said, 'Two men came to the Prophet ﷺ disputing about inheritance with no evidence. So the Prophet ﷺ commanded them to divide and choose, and then they should seek the decision from Allah ('Istihma'). And each of them should remove himself from his share.'" This hadith has a sound chain of narration, but it has not been included in the collections of Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. And the servant of Umm Salamah is Ubaidullah ibn Abu Rafi, who has a separate entry in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.  

ثَنَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدَانُ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ أَتَى رَجُلَانِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَبْتَدِرَانِ فِي مَوَارِيثَ بَيْنَهُمَا لَيْسَ لَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ «فَأَمَرَهُمَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَقْتَسِمَا وَيَتَوَخَّيَا ثُمَّ يَسْتَهِمَا وَلْيَحْلِلْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ» صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَمَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ هُوَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي رَافِعٍ الْمُخَرَّجُ لَهُ فِي الصَّحِيحَيْنِ صحيح
