[Machine] Mujashiu bin Mas'ud bin Tha'laba bin Wahb bin Aa'id, known as Abu Sulaiman, was killed on the day of the smaller Battle of the Camel in the year 36. He was buried in his house in the Banu Sulaim district, in the presence of the Banu Sadus tribe. He also had a house in Basra near the Jame Mosque.  

الحاكم:٦٥٨٠أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ قَالَ

«مُجَاشِعُ بْنُ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ وَهْبِ بْنِ عَائِذٍ يُكَنَّى أَبَا سُلَيْمَانَ وَأُمُّهُ وَأُمُّ أَخِيهِ مُجَالِدٍ مُلَيْكَةُ بِنْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ لَبِيدِ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قُتِلَ مُجَاشِعٌ يَوْمَ الْجَمَلِ الْأَصْغَرِ سَنَةَ سِتٍّ وَثَلَاثِينَ وَدُفِنَ فِي دَارِهِ فِي بَنِي سُلَيْمٍ حَضْرَةَ بَنِي سَدُوسٍ وَلَهُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ غَيْرُ دَارٍ فَمِنْهَا دَارُهُ بِحَضْرَةِ مَسْجِدِ الْجَامِعِ»
