[Machine] "He passed away in the year fifty-one, and the most accurate information I heard at the time of the death of Amr ibn Al-Aas."  

الحاكم:٥٩٠٩ – فَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ «تُوُفِّيَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ بِمِصْرَ سَنَةَ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَهُوَ وَالٍ عَلَيْهَا وَسَمِعْتُ مَنْ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّهُ تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَسَمِعْتُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَذْكُرُ

أَنَّهُ تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ إِحْدَى وَخَمْسِينَ» وَأَصَحُّ مَا سَمِعْتُ فِي وَقْتِ وَفَاةِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ

أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ إِحْدَى وَخَمْسِينَ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ
