[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ he said, "Whatever intoxicates in large quantities, a small quantity of it is forbidden." Abdullah bin Salih bin Ishaq narrated from his fathers that Khuwattan bin Jubayr died in year forty.

الحاكم:٥٧٤٨ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ صَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ خَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ» قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ آبَائِهِ «أَنَّ خَوَّاتَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ مَاتَ سَنَةَ أَرْبَعِينَ»

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whatever a lot of it intoxicates, a little of it is unlawful." He said: There are narrations on this topic from Sa'd, 'Aishah, 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, Ibn 'Umar, and Khawwat bin Jubair.

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib as a narration of Jabir.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَخَوَّاتِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ
