[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ wanted to perform ablution from a container, so one of his wives said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have already performed ablution from this." So the Prophet ﷺ performed ablution and said, "Nothing makes the water impure." Al-Bukhari cited the hadith of Ikrimah as evidence, and Muslim cited the hadith of Simak ibn Harb as evidence.  

الحاكم:٥٦٥حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَحدثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَطِيعِيُّ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ قَالُوا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي قَدْ تَوَضَّأْتُ مِنْ هَذَا فَتَوَضَّأَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وقَالَ «الْمَاءُ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ» قَدِ احْتَجَّ الْبُخَارِيُّ بِأَحَادِيثِ عِكْرِمَةَ وَاحْتَجَّ مُسْلِمٌ بِأَحَادِيثِ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ فِي الطَّهَارَةِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ وَلَا يُحْفَظُ لَهُ عِلَّةٌ
