[Machine] Abdul Rahman ibn Awf ibn Abdul Rahman ibn Al-Harith ibn Zuhra and his mother and the mother of his brother Aswad ibn Awf, Ash-Shifa bint Awf ibn Abdul ibn Al-Harith ibn Zuhra ibn Kilab. She had migrated before the conquest. Abdul Rahman's name was Abdul Amr, but the Prophet ﷺ named him Abdul Rahman.  

الحاكم:٥٣٣٢وَحَدَّثَنِي مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ زُهْرَةَ وَأُمُّهُ وَأُمُّ أَخِيهِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ الشِّفَاءُ بِنْتُ عَوْفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ زُهْرَةَ بْنِ كِلَابٍ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ هَاجَرَتْ قَبْلَ الْفَتْحِ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ عَمْرٍو فَسَمَّاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ
