[Machine] Mu'adh bin Jabal bin 'Amr, one of the Banu Salamah bin Al-Khazraj, known as Abu 'Abdul Rahman, died in the year eighteen during the plague of 'Amawas, at the age of thirty-eight.  

الحاكم:٥١٧٢أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ثنا جَدِّي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الْحِزَامِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ

«مُعَاذُ بْنُ جَبَلِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَحَدُ بَنِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَاتَ سَنَةَ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ فِي طَاعُونِ عَمَوَاسٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَمَانٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ سَنَةً»
