[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ who said, "When water reaches two or three qullat, nothing impure can spoil it." This was narrated by Al-Hassan ibn Sufyan and also narrated by Affan ibn Muslim and others from the memorizers, such as Hammad ibn Salamah, but they did not mention whether it is two or three.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا بَلَغَ الْمَاءُ قُلَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا لَمْ يُنَجِّسْهُ شَيْءٌ» هَكَذَا حَدَّثَنَا عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا
