[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ being asked about the water that is in the valleys and the animals and wild beasts drink from it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied: "If the water is the quantity of two Qullat (i.e., a large water container), it does not carry impurity." This narration is reported by Sufyan Ath-Thawri, Zaidah bin Qudamah, Hammad bin Salamah, Ibrahim bin Sa'd, Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak, Yazid bin Zurai', Sa'id bin Zaid (the brother of Hammad bin Zaid), Abu Mu'awiyah, and Abdah bin Sulaiman, all of whom narrated it from Abdullah bin Ubaidullah. "And all of them reported it as I have mentioned."  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ بِأَرْضِ الْفَلَاةِ وَمَا يَنُوبُهُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ وَالسِّبَاعِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كَانَ الْمَاءُ قَدْرَ قُلَّتَيْنِ لَمْ يَحْمِلِ الْخَبَثَ» وَهَكَذَا رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَزَائِدَةُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَخُو حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَعَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَدْ حَدَّثَ بِهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ «وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْتُهُ»
