[Machine] I have stood among you as the position of the messenger of Allah ﷺ among us, so he mentioned the hadith in this way: "As for the differences in this hadith from Abdul Malik ibn Umayr, it is a composition that is in my collection. And what I have is that the two Imams narrate this hadith from that difference between the Imams about Abdul Malik in it, and these chains are not justified by these chains that come out of it." And we have narrated it with a authentic chain from Saad ibn Abi Waqqas from Umar, their condition.  

الحاكم:٣٨٩فَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الزَّاهِدُ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ قَالَا ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبَجَلِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ خَطَبَنَا عُمَرُ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ

إِنِّي قُمْتُ فِيكُمْ كَمَقَامِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِينَا فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ «فَأَمَّا الْخِلَافُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ فَإِنَّهُ مَجْمُوعٌ لِي فِي جُزْءٍ وَالَّذِي عِنْدِي أَنَّ الْإِمَامَيْنِ يَرْوِيَانِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْخِلَافِ بَيْنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ عَلَى عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ فِيهِ وَتِلْكَ الْأَسَانِيدُ لَا تُعَلَّلُ بِهَذِهِ الْأَسَانِيدِ الْخَارِجَةِ مِنْهَا» وَقَدْ رَوَيْنَاهُ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ شرطهما
