"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'There is no divorce for the one who does not possess.'" And as for the hadith of Mu'adh bin Jabal  

الحاكم:٣٥٧٠ – فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ بِمِصْرَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدٍ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
