الحاكم:٣٠٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ ثَابِتٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ «وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ لَيْسَ مِنْ شَرْطِ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ» وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ شَاهِدٌ آخَرُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُمَرَعمرو هو ابن أبي المقدام ورواه

عنه عبد الصمد بن النعمان وهو ضعيف
