الحاكم:٢٦١٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ» وَقَدْ رُوِيَ بَعْضُ هَذَا الْمَتْنِ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ صحيح
