[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, "By what means does anyone of you allow himself to take his brother's wealth if a calamity from the sky befalls him?"  

الحاكم:٢٢٥٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَوْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْج عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «بِمَ يَسْتَحِلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ؟»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَالْأَصْلُ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ حَدِيثُ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ الَّذِيعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم كذا قال على شرط مسلم
