[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade eating cats and eating their price." This is a hadith narrated by Al-A'mash from Abu Sufyan. It is authentic according to the conditions of Imam Muslim, but he did not include it in his compilation.

الحاكم:٢٢٤٦ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ السَّيَّارِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ عُمَرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ صَنْعَاءَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْهِرَّةِ وَأَكْلِ ثَمَنِهَا» حَدِيثُ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ «صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» عمر بن زيد واه
