[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I hear from you things that I fear I may forget. May I have permission to write them down?" He said, "Yes." I then wrote down from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, that when 'Attab bin Usaid was sent to the people of Makkah, he said, "Inform them that it is not permissible to have two transactions in one sale, nor to sell what one does not possess, nor to give a loan and conduct a sale simultaneously, nor to have multiple conditions in a sale."  

الحاكم:٢١٨٦أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ الْقُرَشِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَسْمَعُ مِنْكَ أَشْيَاءَ أَخَافُ أَنْ أَنْسَاهَا أَفَتَأْذَنُ لِي أَنْ أَكْتُبَهَا؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قَالَ فَكَانَ فِيمَا كَتَبَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ لَمَّا بَعَثَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أُسَيْدٍ إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قَالَ «أَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ بَيْعَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا بَيْعُ مَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلَا شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ»
