[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ emphasized the importance of giving charity during Ramadan, with each person being urged to give a saa' (a measurement) of dates, barley, or wheat.  

الحاكم:١٤٩٣حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْقُلُوسِيُّ ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَضَّ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ قَمْحٍ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ صَحِيحٌ»
