[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said: "Charity is not permissible for a wealthy person or for one who is capable." This is what Ath-Thawri and Shu'bah said, and in the narration of Ibrahim ibn Sa'd, it is mentioned as "fair."

الحاكم:١٤٧٨ – أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِي ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَوَّامِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ رَيْحَانِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ قَوِيٍّ» هَكَذَا قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَشُعْبَةُ وَفِي حَدِيثِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ «سَوِيٍّ»
