[Machine] "The istihadah (irregular bleeding) is a condition in which a woman does not have a regular menstrual cycle. Its purification (by performing ghusl) is required once a month if it occurs once, and twice a month if it occurs twice, and its waiting period is three months."  

الدارمي:٩٤٦أَخْبَرَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ

«الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ وَالَّتِي لَا يَسْتَقِيمُ لَهَا حَيْضٌ فَتَحِيضُ فِي شَهْرٍ مَرَّةً وَفِي الشَّهْرِ مَرَّتَيْنِ عِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ»
