[Machine] Concerning Mujahid, "He gives wisdom to whomsoever He wills." [Al-Baqarah 269] He said, "The Book gives its precision to whomsoever it wills."  

الدارمي:٣٣٧٧أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ وَرْقَاءَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ
