[Machine] About a man who left behind two sons and he advised to give an equal share to one of them if they were three, he said, "Advise to give a quarter."  

الدارمي:٣٢٩٦حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ سَأَلْنَا عَامِرًا

عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَيْنِ وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ لَوْ كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً قَالَ «أَوْصَى بِالرُّبُعِ»
