[Machine] "A man died and left behind some property. Then, the properties were sold and he left some money. Ibn Al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah Ibn Abdul Rahman distributed what remained from his properties among the men and women of his relatives as their inheritance. And whatever money was left after his will, it belonged to the men of his relatives from the men of his family, excluding the women."  

الدارمي:٣١٨٦حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ

«تُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ وَتَرَكَ مُكَاتَبًا ثُمَّ مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا فَجَعَلَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ بَيْنَ بَنِي مَوْلَاهُ الرِّجَالُ وَالنِّسَاءُ عَلَى مِيرَاثِهِمْ وَمَا فَضَلَ مِنَ الْمَالِ بَعْدَ كِتَابَتِهِ فَلِلرِّجَالِ مِنْهُمْ مِنْ بَنِي مَوْلَاهُ دُونَ النِّسَاءِ»
