[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A newborn does not inherit until he or she cries out and even if born alive."  

الدارمي:٣١٧١حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَرِثُ الْمَوْلُودُ حَتَّى يَسْتَهِلَّ صَارِخًا وَإِنْ وَقَعَ حَيًّا»
