الدارمي:٣٠٢١أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادٍ قَالَ

«أُتِيَ عُمَرُ فِي عَمٍّ لِأُمٍّ وَخَالَةٍ فَأَعْطَى الْعَمَّ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَأَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ الثُّلُثَ»
