سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُمْ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا فإنه قَمِنٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي مِثْلِهِ»
